Physicist graduated from the School of Science of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México [National Autonomous University of Mexico], specialized in Exploration Geophysics and stable isotopes applied to hydrology. Among the activities he performs for civil, hydraulic, sanitary and environmental engineering works are geophysical surveys in refraction seismology, electrical resistance, gravity, bathymetry, gauging in open and closed conduits; studies of corrosion in steel and reinforced concrete; studies in dirt roads using nuclear moisture and density gauges; radiation safety applied to sealed sources in industry and medicine, groundwater hydrology; environmental impact studies. Currently he is a partner in Orva Ingeniería, S.A. de C.V., planners of civil engineering, hydraulic, sanitary and environmental projects.
