Environmental Engineer graduated from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional. He is certified as an ISO 14001-2004 consultant and as an internal auditor, obtaining the necessary knowledge to design, implement and audit ISO 14001 models under first and third part criteria. Before joining the Firm, he made Environmental Impact Statements for road infrastructure projects in Hidalgo México. Likewise, he has experience in the disposal and shipment of hazardous waste, updating procedures for the management and disposal of Urban Solid Waste and Hazardous Waste.

Within the Firm he works in the technical area, carrying out procedures and monitoring to obtain authorizations on environmental impact matters; implementation of actions to monitor compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Environmental Impact Authorizations; preparation of environmental management and procedure manuals; conducting environmental diagnoses and implementing quality systems to obtain environmental quality certificates, as well as expert reports on environmental impact for judicial processes.
