Industrial Chemical Engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), Consultant in the Detection, Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution, he has a Certification as Environmental Auditor, Coordinator and Auditor Specialist in Risk, Response to Environmental and Energy Emergencies, Waste, Soil and Subsoil. His experience includes diverse such as Projects in the Hydrocarbons sector, Industrial Safety and Hygiene and Civil Protection; as well as in the execution of numerous Environmental and Labor Pollution Assessments for the Industry in General.

Since 1995 he has developed work related to Environmental Auditing for various industrial facilities and services for Environmental Audits and in accordance with applicable regulations.

He has developed and elaborated Industrial Safety, Operational Safety and Environmental Protection Administration Systems for companies in natural gas distribution facilities and in LP gas carburetion stations.

He has experience in Updating Environmental Management Systems ISO-14001, as well as in developing Environmental Control Plans.
